Please send an email to our support team. You should receive a reply in moments. Our friendly support team will be happy to accommodate your requests.

2. Are my special requests guaranteed?

Most requests depends on the hotels availability. However, our team do their best to make sure your request is confirmed. It is also recommended to mention your requests upon check-in.

3. How long my $100 voucher will be available to be used?

Your $100 voucher will be available to be applied to an existing reservation or to make a new reservation for 90 days after your voucher is received. Please send an email to rewards@primehotelbookings.com to apply your voucher
